Beat the butter with the sugar and add the eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously. Put the chocolate pieces in a bowl and put them in the microwave for a minute, then add the melted chocolate in the composition for the counter. Also now we add the vanilla essence and finally, sifted flour, stirring constantly to avoid the formation of lumps! Pour the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven heated to 180 * C for 30-35 minutes!

After the countertop passes the toothpick test, let it cool completely and start preparing the cream cheese! We use 100g of Philadelphia cream cheese, 100g of butter and 200g of powdered sugar or to taste. Mix the ingredients until the cream becomes very fine and fluffy! Spread the cream lightly over the counter.

We prepare the icing extremely simply, I admit that it is the first time I prepared it like that and I liked it :)! So, in a tall bowl we put 90g of dark or milk chocolate, according to preference, 25 g of butter and 25ml of sweet cream. Put the bowl in the microwave for a minute. After a minute, mix the ingredients vigorously with a fork and let the icing cool for another 2 minutes, to soften, then place it over the cream cheese!

Let the cake cool for at least two hours before cutting. We cut it with a knife soaked in hot water!

Make the Cheesecake

The cheesecake recipe here originated with a new-to-me blog called Lisa & rsquos Dinnertime Dish. A few times a year I trade off with other food bloggers and we cook from each other & rsquos sites. In December I made the Best Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies.

I honestly could have cooked just about anything from Lisa & rsquos site! We seem to have very similar tastes when it comes to recipe development. I will FOR SURE be trying her Skillet Beef Strganoff and this Indian Chicken Curry.

GAWD AND MISS INDIAN FOOD IN RESTAURANTS. (or all food in restaurants).

Anyway & ndash CHEESECAKE. The cheesecake part of this recipe is stupid simple.

Here are the steps.

  1. Make the crust and press it into your prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  2. While the crust bakes, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar and beat for 1-2 minutes on medium high. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  3. Add the egg (JUST ONE EGG!) And the vanilla. Beat on medium until combined. Scrape down the bowl once more and add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix until combined and then spread the cheesecake batter over your prepared graham cracker crust.

Brownie, authentic recipe

Brownie, authentic American recipe. How to make a perfect brownie or blackberry. What a real brownie should look like. Brownie recipes step by step after Chuck Williams' recipe.

The brownie recipe (aka black or even "black", according to some) was not necessarily on my list of blog projects. I prepare this brownie recipe quite often. It's one of my favorite chocolate desserts at home. I recently said to myself, "let's publish it!" What has held me back so far from the publication of the recipe was just the fact that this dessert comes from a completely different culinary culture and that I noticed that the expectations, from the brownie, of a large part of our fellow citizens, are very different from what what a brownie it really is.

To make myself understood, I will tell you that this dessert of 100% American origin is not what we call a "cake" (cake. It is simply a brownie, ie a dessert that has too little to do with a fluffy, well-grown sponge cake No, a brownie should be moist, dense and sticky, it should be "chewy", meaning it should stick a little to its teeth, like a caramel.

Putting baking powder or baking soda in a brownie is almost a crime, just like cooking it, and overcooking it so that it becomes dry inside. A brownie seems to grow a little, just an idea, in the oven, during baking, but then it is left and it has to happen.

Try the Blackberry recipe with cheesecake and raspberries (click on the picture)!

My recipe is 100% American. It comes from Chuck Williams, considered the father of contemporary American gastronomy and who, by a happy coincidence, just turned 100 years old this October. Happy birthday, venerable gentleman and thank you for the wonderful brownie recipe!

(1) We prepare the dough sweet bread according to the ingredients and steps in the recipe here. From the ingredients for the cake recipe results about 2kg of dough. After it leavened, we took 670g of dough for our Easter from this dough.

You can knead only 1/3 of the dough directly, but who makes Easter and doesn't make Easter cake? From the rest of the dough you can make 2 more cakes.

I divided this dough into 2 pieces, one of 270g for the base, and the other of 400g to form the edge of the dough that will hold the cheese filling.

(2) We prepare a round cake tray that we line with baking paper both on the base and on the side, to make sure that the Easter will come out nicely out of shape, without sticking.

On the lightly greased worktop, spread the dough that will cover the base of the tray and put it in the pan. We divide the other piece of dough into 16-18 pieces of dough, of approximately 23-25g each, which we give a round shape and we start to form the border, placing them on the edge of the tray, over the base of the dough.

(3) Grease the easter border with egg and leave it for 20-30 minutes at room temperature covered with a kitchen towel. Meanwhile, prepare the cheese filling.

(4) In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the egg and sugar using a whisk. Then add the cream and mix well in the mixture. Add the final gla lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla and mix them into the composition.

(5) We prepare the chocolate cream according to the cake recipe here. We need 1/3 of the resulting cream, so we either prepare only 1/3, or we directly prepare the whole cream if we also make 2 cakes next to our Easter.

(6) Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease the dough edge with egg again and pour the cheese composition in the middle. With a teaspoon we put brownie filling from place to place, and eventually with the tip of a knife we create a marbled effect or leave it as such.

Put the tray in the oven and bake the pasca for 55-65 minutes at 180C, depending on the oven. I used the ventilation baking function.

At the end, the pasca is baked when it turns golden on the surface, and the middle of the cheese becomes slightly bulging. When you lightly touch the middle of the cheese, it feels hardened, the consistency of a soufflé, and it should not feel too liquid. If you are not convinced that it is ready, leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Remove the Easter egg on a metal grill and allow to cool completely before being powdered with sugar and cut.

Brownie ingredient:

100g fat cream (at least 20-25% fat)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Note: all ingredients must be at room temperature and coffee hot.

Cheesecake ingredient:

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Note (* not an ad *): as a cream cheese for cheesecakes that involve baking, I use Delaco Pufos, it seems to me that it has the most suitable texture for a perfect result! and yes, the glass weighs 140g and is ok a

Optional: you can add fresh or frozen raspberries at the end, from place to place, similar to the sponge cake with fruit!

Working steps:

(1) Mix the butter with the white sugar and the brown sugar, with the help of a mixer, until we obtain a homogeneous composition and the sugar is well incorporated. Add the eggs one by one and incorporate well after each one. Then add the cream and vanilla essence.

(4) Separately mix the solid ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.

(3) Put the flour and cocoa mixture over the egg and butter composition, mix well and then add the hot coffee.

Put baking paper in a 20x30cm tray and pour the brownie dough.

(4) For the cheesecake composition, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a homogeneous composition.

(5) With the help of a spoon we make small holes in the brownie dough, and with the help of a polish we pour the cheesecake composition from place to place. We pass with the help of a knife we pass lightly through the brownie, so as to create a discreet marbled effect, but not to mix the ingredients too much. I leave you a helpful video below.

Blackberry recipe with chocolate and nuts

In the end, the name of the cake is dark. And the color is obtained either with the addition of cocoa or chocolate, as in this recipe.

We love the chocolate version, as I said before, we use it very often for cake tops.

There is no need to syrup the countertop, because it is slightly damp.

As for this cake, I mention that we like it so simple, undecorated with sugar. To be completely black. I presented the simplest option, but you can also glaze with melted chocolate.
