We are slowly preparing for Easter and we come to your aid with 3 healthy and very easy to prepare Scandinavian recipes. Put on your apron, heat the pan and prepare the most beautiful plates! We have a starter, a main meal and a dessert for you.

În special naţiunile mai plinuţe, cum ar fi SUA şi Marea Britanie, cred că franţuzoaicele au nişte gene speciale care le menţin slabe toată viaţa, indiferent de cât unt pun în piureul de cartofi. Adevărul este însă că, femeile din Franţa sunt la fel de obsedate de diete ca şi cele din restul lumii, ba merg chiar pănâ-n pânzele albe pentru a-şi menţine silueta.
În februarie 2010, revista franceză pentru femei Grazia, a introdus cititoarelor dieta cu. aer. Aceasta presupune prepararea mâncării, care poate fi absolut orice, plasarea ei pe o farfurie, umplerea unei furculiţe sau a unei linguri cu această mâncare, aducerea tacâmului la gură, inhalarea mirosului irezistibil, plasarea tacâmului la fel de plin înapoi pe farfurie şi părăsirea mesei. În cazul în care preparatul este greu de rezistat, revista a publicat şi reţete mai puţin tentante, cum ar fi o supă ce conţine doar apă şi sare.
Elementul de baza in nutritie. Cine a inventat piramida alimentara
Desi cea mai cunoscuta forma a piramidei alimentare a fost introdusa de americani in 1992, originile aceestui ghid de nutritie sunt europene si initial nu a fost creat pentru a recomanda alimentatia sanatoasa.
Prima piramida alimentara a fost creata de suedezi si a fost o inventie dictata de necesitate mai mult decat orice altceva. In anii &rsquo70 suedezii erau ingroziti de preturile mari ale alimentelor. Guvernul de la acea vreme a cerut Comitetului National de Sanatate sa vina cu o solutie pentru aceasta situatie in care alimentatia populatiei avea de suferit. Astfel, in 1972, a fost creata o lista cu alimente de baza si alimente suplimentare, prin care alimentele de baza erau acelea ieftine si hranitoare, iar alimentele suplimentare erau cele care aduceau un aport de vitamine si minerale in plus fata de ce se regasea in prima grupa.
Anna Britt Agnsäter, care lucra pentru Uniunea Cooperativelor Suedeze, este cea care a dus ideea un pas mai departe. Desi idea celor doua grupe era una buna, Anna a vrut sa o imbunatateasca printr-un model trinunghiular astfel incat portiile sa fie mai bine reprezentate vizual. Piramida a fost publicata in revista anuala a Cooperativei in 1974 sub titlul &ldquoAlimente hranitoare la preturi acceptabile&rdquo.
Piramida avea in cadrul alimentelor de baza alimente esentiale: lapte, branza, unt, paine, cereale si cartofi. In partea superioara, mai mult de o treime, era reprezentata de fructe si legume si doar varful continea carne, peste si oua. Comitetul de Sanatate suedez s-a dezis imediat de o astfel de ilustrare, dar piramida Annei Britt Agnsäter a devenit in scurt timp foarte populara si a fost reprodusa in alte tari scandinave, Germania sau Japonia.
Varianta moderna a piramidei alimentare
In 1992, Departamentul de Stat pentru Agricultura din SUA a venit cu propria varianta, mai apropiata de cea pe care o cunoastem astazi. Baza piramidei era formata grupul cerealelor, painii, orezului si pastelor, era urmat de grupul format din parti aproape egale de legume si fructe, apoi grupurile lacatatelor si si proteinelor, in parti egale, iar varful, adica alimentele folosite doar din cand in cand, era reprezentat de grasimi uleiuri si dulciuri.
De la aparitia ei a suferit mai multe schimbari si imbunatatiri, prin cresterea proportiilor de legume si fructe si prin crearea de gruprui diferite pentru lactate si proteine.
Piramida alimentara a stranit nenumarate controverse si critici mai ales din partea celor care spun ca astfel de prezentari sunt sutinute cu milioane de dolari de marile companii din industria alimentara, care au interesul ca grupa alimentara din care produc sa fie cat mai bine reprezentata.
Ultima reprezentare a grupelor esentiale de alimente a fost adoptata in Statele Unite in 2011 si a fost sustinuta la lansare chiar de prima doamna, Michelle Obama. Se numeste My Plate si reprezita cele 5 grupe alimentare importante sub forma unei farfurii si a unui pahar. Acestea se traduc, de fapt, in 30% legume, 20% fructe, 30% cereale, 20% proteine si un pahar de lapte sau iaurt slab.
