Making a Changeling Pie with Peaches and Kiwi:
Step 1: prepare the fruit.
Peaches and kiwi need to be washed very thoroughly and dried. Peel the kiwi and cut into large slices. Remove the seeds from the peaches, and then cut the fruit pulp as coarsely as the kiwi.
Spread slices of kiwi and peaches on the bottom of the mold and sprinkle them on top with breadcrumbs. And if you feel you need more crackers, sprinkle more.
Step 2: prepare the dough.
Break eggs into a deep plate, add softened (but not melted) butter or margarine, almond flavor and add sugar. And beat everything with a mixer for about 4 minutes.
Add flour and baking powder here. Shuffle everything so that you get a rather thick mass, but not very cool. If you need to add a little more flour than indicated, add until you are sure that you have the right consistency of the dough, but do not overdo it.
Step 3: put the dough into the mold.
Transfer the dough into a baking dish, applying it on top of the fruit layer. Level the top of the mass so that the pastries are neat.
Step 4: bake a flip flop with peaches and kiwi.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and send your pie-changer to it approximately 50 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick - at the exit it should be dry and without lumps of dough.
Step 5: serve a flip flop with peaches and kiwi.
The finished cake needs to be taken out of the oven, wait until it cools down, then cover the plate with it and cleverly turn it over. You will see beautiful pastries with slices of kiwi and peaches at the top. Cut the pie-changer into portions and serve it to the table!
Enjoy your meal!
