Cooking a green salad with an egg:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

Boil chicken eggs until tender in a small saucepan. It usually takes from 10 to 12 minutes after the water boils. And in order to significantly facilitate cleaning, immediately after cooking, sharply place the eggs in ice water. And only when they have cooled, take them out and remove the shell.
Cut the peeled and hard-boiled eggs into medium-sized cubes.

Step 2: prepare lettuce leaves.

Put lettuce in a colander and rinse with warm, almost hot water. Shake and wait for excess moisture to drain. Leave a couple of leaves whole, and cut the rest into small pieces. To do this, first make longitudinal cuts, and then transverse, as a result you will get small squares.

Step 3: prepare the greens and onions.

After the lettuce, rinse, dry and chop the greens and feathers of the onion. At the same time, use only leaves at dill, and throw out thick, inedible stems. At the onion, cut off the whitish part, letting the salad, again, only green leaves.

Step 4: prepare a green salad with an egg.

In a salad bowl, add the chopped salad and pour it with a little lemon juice, salt, sprinkle with sugar and mix. Add dill and spring onions. After that, pour the eggs there, season with sour cream and try if there is enough salt and everything else. If everything is good with the taste of the salad, then start serving it on the table.
