Ingredients for Making Pancake Filling Bags

For pancakes

Cooking pancake stuffed bags:

Step 1: Cook the dough.


First, make pancakes. Everything is as usual here, that is, in a bowl, mix wheat flour, water, milk, vegetable oil and a chicken egg. Using a mixer, bring the mixture to a uniform consistency without lumps. Do not forget to also salt the dough for your pancakes.

Step 2: Fry the pancakes.


Heat a flat pancake pan on the stove and grease it with a little vegetable oil. Using a ladle, pour the mixture into the bottom of the dishes with an even thin layer. On medium heat, fry the pancake until golden brown on one side, make sure it is fully seized and with a spatula carefully, starting from the edges, pry the product to make sure that it does not stick, and carefully turn it over. Fry the pancake on the other side and set it aside on a flat dish, and after that start frying the next one. When all the dough is cooked, leave the product to cool, and do the cooking of the filling yourself.

Step 3: Prepare the eggs.


Boil the eggs first. To do this, put them in a saucepan, pour water and, putting on a stove, bring to a boil. Boil the ingredients for 12-15 minutes, then cool by dropping them sharply in ice water. After this procedure, it will not be difficult for you to peel the eggs from the shell, and then crumble them in small cubes. Set the prepared ingredient for the filling aside for the time being, shifting it to a deep plate.

Step 4: Prepare the ham.


Peel the ham and crumble the ham into small cubes or thin strips. Transfer the resulting pieces into an empty plate.

Step 5: Prepare the Cheese.


Before you grind the cheese, moisten the grater with cool water, this will make it easier to slip and will allow you to avoid sticking. Grate the cheese in a free plate.

Step 6: Prepare the green onions.


From green onions we will make ties for the bags. Therefore, you need to give this ingredient softness. To get started, separate the feathers from the head. After washing them and boil them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Put onion feathers on disposable paper towels so that they cool and dry.

Step 7: Form the bags of pancakes.


All the ingredients for the filling are prepared, as well as the basis for the bags, so it's time to put everything together and finally prepare for serving. Spread the pancake on the countertop and use a tablespoon to apply the filling on it. First, mayonnaise, literally a teaspoon, then eggs, ham and cheese at the very end. After it remains only to taste salt and pepper. You do not need to mix anything. Spread the filling in such a quantity that you have enough large free edges.

Pull up on the edges of the pancake and form a bag out of it, as shown in the photo. It remains only to tie the top with a feather of green onions and that's it, the first delicious stuffed pancake is ready. Form the rest in the same way.

Step 8: Serve the stuffed pancake pouches.


Serve the pancakes stuffed with cold, immediately after cooking. Put them beautifully on a large tray or dish and place them in the center of the table so that everyone can reach out and try this dish. Believe me, there will be many who wish. Recipe Tips:

- You can also use smoked cheese with a pigtail as ties, breaking it into fibers, and for bags with sweet filling, an orange peel and, even, a bagel are suitable.

- In this filling, instead of eggs, you can add boiled chicken fillet, and instead of hard cheese - creamy, you get a slightly different taste, but also very appetizing.

- Bags can be prepared from any pancakes, except lace, so you can safely not change your habits and cook them the way you like more.

- To taste, chopped greens, such as parsley or green onions, can be added to the pancake dough.
