How to prepare: Chocolate donut

To make the chocolate donut, start by breaking up the dark chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie, making sure that the water never boils. Keep it aside. Alternatively, you can melt it in the microwave. Whip the eggs, kept at room temperature, together with the sugar and the seeds extracted from the vanilla bean. Preparation
